Who we are
This website, technal.io, is operated by Technal ("Technal", "we"). For any question about personal data, write to hello@technal.io.
What this website collects
The website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels and does not track you across other websites.
The site runs on a server we operate. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) for up to 14 days to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
If we later add privacy-preserving visit statistics, they will be self-hosted, will not use cookies and will not identify individual visitors. This page will be updated first.
When you contact us
If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or book a call, we process the data you send (name, contact details, the content of your message) to answer you and, if you become a client, to perform the contract. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and the booking page by its provider; their own privacy policies apply to the transmission.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer.
Software we operate for clients
When you use software that Technal operates on behalf of one of its clients, that client is the data controller and Technal processes data on the client's behalf under a data processing agreement. Data is used only to provide the service. It is not used to train AI models. Ask the client for its own privacy notice.
Your rights
Under the Albanian law on personal data protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@technal.io. You may also complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner or to your local supervisory authority.
